Flood your Mind, Learn Quickly
It is inevitable that some day I will be asked what gave me authority to write for a Christian website on the area of personal finance. I have no formal education in finance, I haven’t been through major financial trauma, and I surely haven’t had years of financial experience.
However, I have graduated from a Christian college with a degree in counseling. But does this alone warrant my advice on financial matters? I think not.
There has to be something more, and there is; I flooded my mind with financial concepts. I constantly listen to financial radio, read books, peruse blogs, and stay extremely aware of our own finances. I’ve drenched myself in financial ideas to the point that I can see trends that lead toward success.
